  • Why use a design subscription plan?
    Typical senior-level designers can easily cost over $100,000 per year (plus benefits). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times. Oak Creative partners with Stripe so you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime. Never be stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
  • What is a 'request'?
    A design request constitutes any work you need! However it is key to keep in mind that larger requests will require more time to complete. For a normal sized request, such as a social media graphic or a single landing page design, average delivery time is 48 hours. Communication is always open though should you want to tackle larger requests together.
  • How do I request work?
    Clients can request designs directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). If it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.
  • Is there any design work you don't cover?
    ‍Yes - Oak Creative does not cover 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.). Oak Creative does also not provide development or engineering resources, including HTML, CSS, PHP etc.
  • Are there any limits to how many requests I can make?
    When subscribed to the Growth Plan, there is no limit to the number of requests you can make. You can add as many requests as you'd like to your backlog and we'll keep working on them one at a time until they're all done.
    If on the Basic Plan, you can make up to 8 requests in a month. There wont be any carry-over for unused requests, but your count resets every month.
